New Camp Offerings:

Brain Boosters: Orchard Teachers are offering summer academic enrichment in math, reading and even knitting. These half-hour maintenance sessions that take place in the morning before regular camp sessions begin are designed to keep campers academically engaged throughout the summer.

Outdoor Club:  Studies have shown that outdoor play and learning is incredibly beneficial to a child’s development. Not only is it physically and emotionally healthy, but it helps to develop key life skills. Orchard Summer Camp’s Outdoor club is outside for the entire week, allowing your child to get as close to nature as possible. Each week will feature a key question, project or skill/concept for the campers to explore. Outdoor club campers can be found cooking on an open fire, whittling sticks, playing in muddy water or learning how to weave wool. There are multiple options for Outdoor Club from our youngest campers, to Kindergarten students and up to 5th and 6th graders, everyone can enjoy and be outside!

Afternoon Adventures: These themed camps for a variety of ages are going back to camp basics. Each week will be all about fun and hanging with friends. Activities centered around themes, such as Artful Antics or Gameshow Mania, will leave room for traditional camp happenings such as capture the flag, lemonade and a trip to the JCC for an afternoon swim.”
